XSet Semi-Custom Earmolds, translucent/clear silicone for maximum discretion, and because you select your size, you get long-wearing comfort and the best fit so they stay in place, even with vigorous head movement. These earmolds conduct the clearest audio, while your ear canal remains open.

Order yours for the left or right ear, in Small, Medium or Large sizes. They’re compatible with most manufacturers’ acoustic tube elbows, hearing aids, etc, and we include Right-Angle Airtube Accessory Adapters. Great for law enforcement, security, surveillance or military applications, and ideal for wearing with any acoustic tube earpiece.

Installation: Insert the acoustic tube elbow into the outside connector hole of the ear mold. Insert the earmold sound stem into the ear canal with the larger "teardrop" end of the earmold upward. Fit the half-round section of the earmold into the ear fold (natural grove) surrounding the ear canal.
